  • Financial Reports for Board of Directors, Funders, and Others
  • Advise on company compliance issues

BOOKKEEPING

  • Allocate Income and Expense to Programs
  • Complete New Hire & State Wage Reporting
  • Issue 1099s & W-2s
  • Maintain Balance Sheet, Line Item Schedules & Chart of Accounts
  • Make Payments & Record Deposits
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Monitor Ongoing Transaction & Compare to Budget
  • Prepare Materials and Provide Support for Annual Independent Audit & Tax Filing
  • Process Payroll on ADP
  • Process Payroll Tax Filings and Reports
  • Reconcile Bank Statements & Payment Processor Transactions
  • Record Credit Card Charges & Reconcile Statements

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Complete and Maintain Worker Documentation (W4, I9, W9, etc.) and worker timesheets
  • Coordinate Unemployment, Workers’ Compensation & Disability Insurance
  • Support Hiring and Termination Processes, including COBRA coordination
  • Facilitate Time Tracking (including hourly work and paid time off)
  • Support Employee Benefits Administration
  • Maintain Corporate Policies (Conflict of Interest, Records Retention, etc.)
  • Maintain Employment Policies (Nondiscrimination, Anti-Harassment, etc.)
  • Provide Human Resources Assistance and Guidance

VENUE MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain facility licenses and permits
  • Communicate with vendors for Theatre Maintenance and schedule visits for maintenance and repairs
  • Supervise factiliy manager
  • Advise on venue compliance issues
  • Order house supplies and maintenance supplies
  • Negotiate agreements with Ticketing Vendors
  • Maintain Venue Calendars
  • Respond to Rental Inquiries
  • Book Rentals, including contracts and insurance
  • Manage Theatre Staffing including House Management, Box Office, and Maintenance
  • Prepare Box Office Settlements
  • Build shows and handle ticketing issues within ticketing system
  • Communicate with patrons for miscellaneous issues (lost-and-found, assistance with patrons with disabilities, etc.)
