COVID-19 PROTOCOL
COVID-19 PROTOCOL: WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT
Arrival Time
There will be a COVID-19 screening process at the door and therefore, we encourage patrons to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance.
Masks
All patrons should be prepared to wear a mask for the duration of their visit, beginning from their arrival on site and the pre-screening process.
Pre-Show Screening
As per New York City’s Key to NYC protocols, screening will take place in front of the theater. Patrons will be guided to remain six feet apart until they have passed screening and have been admitted entry to the building. Screening will include:
Proof of vaccination: All patrons must show proof that they are fully-vaccinated, meaning it has been at least two weeks since they received the second dose in a two-dose series, or two weeks since they have received a single-dose vaccine. Acceptable forms of proof include vaccine card, photo of vaccine card, and New York State’s Excelsior pass.
Proof of identification: Patrons will be asked to present a form of identification that matches their proof of vaccination.
Per CDC guidance for fully-vaccinated individuals, we ask that patrons who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, other than those due to chronic conditions, or patrons who have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days to stay home. If a patron does not pass screening they will not be allowed entry and their tickets will be refunded.
Digital Tickets Preferred
To facilitate contactless entry, digital tickets are preferred. Please be prepared to present your digital ticket for scanning at the door, displayed either on your smartphone or on a printed copy. Digital tickets will be sent to you by email upon your online purchase.
In Case of Rain | Temperature in Theatre
Please remember to check the weather forecast before your visit. The pre-show screening process will take place outside, so you will want your umbrella in case of rain! Please note as well that the theater is fully air-conditioned, and some patrons might prefer to bring a light sweater for their comfort.
No Food or Drink Allowed in Theatre
Thank you for your compliance.
